L I S T E N I N G  Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley. Yes. I also like torturing myself.

W A N T I N G go out with my High School friends. KTV with my favorite people isn't much to ask for, right? :<
N E E D I N G  to finish my reading for Lit tomorrow and to make a journal entry. Procrastination Queen's at it again!
F E E L I N G confused. I've never been this confused in such a long time that I think confused has already become a default feeling.

I just want to thank those people who have the time (and patience) to read my blog (because, really, I suck at this blogging thing). This is just an outlet, actually, and for me to practice my writing.

Have a great week! Cheerios. :)

The Sunday Currently No. 7

My last Sunday before school starts. Two months went by so fast. I wasn't even able to fulfill my last minute getaway. Oh, well. At least I made plans with friends this week. I can't wait!

C U R R E N T L Y

R E A D I N G  Finding Audrey by Sophie Kinsella. My first ever Kinsella read. I'm not kidding. I was never into Chick Lit, but I needed a break from reading Murakami (No offense. I still love you). I'm on 4th chapter. So far so good!
W R I T I N G  an article about relationships, and this blog post.
L I S T E N I N G  to Life is Strange's soundtrack. This interactive graphic adventure game is phenomenal not only for its theme, but also for its soundtrack, aesthetics, and plot.

F E E L I N G - sleepy.

The Sunday Currently No. 6

Hi, hello. (Will/is anyone even read/reading my blog? Lol.)
The past two months have been an emotional rollercoaster. Me and my family left my grandma's place and are currently settling in an apartment 3 Avenues away. We're free at last! I've been waiting to get our own place and be out of my grandma's hair(?) (pun intended).
My break's pretty much uneventful. The pool party with my high school friends,

and moving out are the only highlights of it.

Enough of chit-chat. Let's just save it for the following posts (I swear to update as much as I could).

CURRENTLY

R E A D I N G - Holes by Louis Sachan. Another book sale gem. I discovered this book from my boyfriend as his Book vs. Movie review for our English Class. I might make my own review on Goodreads within this week.
W R I T I N G - this blog post and a story an script for my sister's group project. I have to come up with 18 characters, and a 8-page long script (Font size 10) which is due tomorrow. No big deal. I'll finish this before 5. :----)
L I S T E N I N G to my "Gray Skies & Coffee" Playlist
T H I N K I N G about names for the characters. So hard to come up with such good ones (or is it just me?)!
S M E L L I N G - My hot choco! The heat from the previous months is definitely gone.
W I S H I N G - I had more time to train/work, and a stable internet connection. I've been planning to work during the break at as an Online Tutor, but my internet sucks and I haven't got the time because of the turn of events during the past few months.
H O P I N G - for a better semester. The last semester's been a huge disappointment. I really hope to improve this time.
W E A R I N G - my polka-dot jammies and shirt (they're not even matching huhu)
L O V I N G - our new apartment! It's like the smaller version of our apartment back in Tarlac - tiny, but ironically spacious.
W A N T I N G - to go on an adventure outside Manila. My one last outing before school starts.
N E E D I N G - to go to COMELEC and NBI to work on my papers. The only practical goals I've listed for when I turn 18.
F E E L I N G - confused. It's been months since I've felt certainty.
C L I C K I N G - through some socio-political blog posts. I've finally found the gold mine!

I just realized how I could update my life with this blog-link. Thanks a bunch to Ate Camie!

The Sunday Currently No. 5

Is it needed that I post every week? I suck at being consistent and being organized. Guess I need more training in Time Management.

C U R R E N T L Y:

R E A D I N G news about the Papal Visit in UST.
W R I T I N G this post, and my next post. (hehe, for the sake of the update)
L I S T E N I N G to the Dookie album by Green Day.
T H I N K I N G about the pending homework I left untouched in my bag.
S M E L L I N G what's left of the rain by the pavements.
W I S H I N G I could get myself together. I am in need of stitches and patches.
H O P I N G  for my 18th celebration to be a blast.
W E A R I N G  a brown shirt, brown leggings and my favorite plaid shirt.
L O V I  N G how I could stand my grandmother's and my mother's nagging and early morning sermons.
W A N T I N G to play the Sims 4, but the internet's crappy and it might take me days to download.
N E E D I N G finish my schoolwork, practice the choice piece for Himig and to call my boyfriend. Hehehe.
F E E L I N G content.
C L I C K I N G (or rather scrolling) through an artist's instagram profile.

The Sunday Currently (Wednesday Version) No. 4

I'm about to complete the days of the week. Lol. It's hard not to procrastinate when you're on a break, yeah? At least, I get to update. ;)

C U R R E N T L Y:
R E A D I N G an entry from RED: The Waterstones Anthology. I was actually looking for manga, but then this beauty appeared as I was diving into a pile of books.
W R I T I N G this blog entry and my (sort-of) new year's resolution.
L I S T E N I N G to the gush of wind making the leaves dance, birds chirping, the tapping on my keyboard and the ticking of my clock.
T H I N K I N G about the consequences from the things I've been doing this past week and how I'm going to face them. *deep sigh*
S M E L L I N G nothing because of my cold. Huhu.
W I S H I N G I would come into my senses and get myself together.
H O P I N G  for a good change in 2015.
W E A R I N G my Arts and Letters shirt and my fave polka-dotted shorts.
L O V I  N G the peacefulness of this moment.
W A N T I N G to eat a lot, yet I don't have the appetite to.
N E E D I N G to clean my room, fix my clothes and memorize our new piece for the rehearsals.
F E E L I N G contented now that me and my boyfriend are okay now. Couldn't wait to see him on Monday.
C L I C K I N G through tumblr for grotesque ideas.

The Sunday Currently (Tuesday Version) No. 3

I forgot to post an entry last Sunday, so since it's a Tuesday, here's my "The Tuesday Currently".

R E A D I N G The Memory Keeper's Daughter. I bought this pre-loved book from a friend 3 months ago. I have a thing for stories that include characters having mental disabilities because they are just so heart-melting.
W R I T I N G bite-sized thoughts.
L I S T E N I N G to my Vintage Christmas Playlist. Christmas vibes are totally kicking in!
T H I N K I N G about how to readjust myself. ((Identity crisis S.O.S.))
S M E L L I N G the watered plants. Hmmm.
W I S H I N G for an extended Christmas Break. I know, UST's got the longest break, but I am not ready for school yet. :(
H O P I N G  for my cousin, Lindsay, to be home on Christmas Eve.
W E A R I N G pajamas because I'm too lazy to go to shower.
L O V I  N G the cool breeze here in Pampanga.
W A N T I N G to read as much books as I can, yet my motivation's in Antarctica.
N E E D I N G to bathe my dog and myself.
F E E L I N G so confused with myself and my relationships.
C L I C K I N G through some blogs. And no, it's not stalking.

The Sunday Currently No. 2

I've been feeling down the past week, and I don't think I have the heart to blog about it right now. Anyway, here's my weekly blog link-up.

READING It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini. At times like this, I re-read about Craig Gilner's experiences to cheer me up a bit. I just love how we could relate to a lot (minus his condition).
WEARING my CAT Officer shirt and a pair of boxers.
WRITING important things to do.
LISTENING to Hate to See Your Heart Break by Paramore.
THINKING about my parents, my grandma, how to face chorale tomorrow, and how I could explain things to one friend.
SMELLING Dad's cooking. Hmmm~ I'm guessing it's fish.
WISHING everything will fall into place.
LOVING how my boyfriend could instantly make me feel better -  how his kisses are like anchors that drown me away from all the complications of my life.
WANTING to get over with chorale and enrollment.
NEEDING some sleep and maybe my boyfriend back here in the Philippines.
FEELING confused. I'm in between oblivion and sadness.

Happy Sunday!

The Sunday Currently No. 1

I have finally come into my senses to blog again. *queue confetti* Anyway, I just found out about this blog link-up from my new favorite blogger. Oh gosh, she is ah-may-zing. I've been back-reading her blog since yesterday and her posts got my lazy bones worked up a bit. More on that on my next blog post.

I have this love/hate thing with Sundays since 1) it's followed by Monday, the worst day of the week; 2) I get to have time with my family. *u*

CURRENTLY

  • READING Lemony Snicket's The Reptile Room (A Series of Unfortunate Events #2). Though the movie adaptation gave me the creeps and a week's worth of nightmares back in 2005, I think I could handle reading the series now that it's 2014. Also, for the purpose of filling the gaps, for the things I missed as a child.
  • WRITING this blog post and some lyrics.
  • LISTENING to Scar Tissue by Red Hot Chili Peppers from my Chill Sunday Vibes Playlist.
  • THINKING about Paskuhan, the anniversary surprise for my boyfriend, how to approach that "friend" of mine the next time we meet, and assumptions as to what my parents' sermon is about.
  • SMELLING the clean sheets because it's so damn good.
  • WISHING my pimple marks would go away and for the progression of my height.
  • LOVING not having to do anything. Cheers to the combined Sem and Christmas Break!
  • WANTING that spareribs meal from Street Bites! I should have had the same order from last Thursday...
  • NEEDING to memorize my parts for the gig at St. Luke's BGC on Tuesday
  • FEELING sad and uncomfortable...still. I need to fix myself but I don't know where to start.

I guess that's that. Happy Weekend!
